Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 6jqk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 6jqk strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activity on the Platform, irrespective of the minimum legal age in your local jurisdiction.
2. You must be registering on your own behalf as a private individual. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from any gambling service, including 6jqk itself, during an active exclusion period.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 6jqk or its affiliated entities.

6jqk reserves the right to request age verification, identity documentation, and proof of address at any stage. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, 6jqk may suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

Account Registration & Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

When completing registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to promptly update your account details if any registered information changes. 6jqk is not liable for any loss arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the User.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised the specific action.

6jqk reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks at any time, including requesting certified copies of identity documents, utility bills, bank statements, or payment method ownership confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6jqk supports a range of Malaysian and international payment methods, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and BTC. Available methods are subject to change and are displayed in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

All account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for fiat payment methods, unless the User selects a cryptocurrency deposit option, in which case the cryptocurrency equivalent applies. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier.

Deposits

• Deposits must be made from a payment account held in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Stated processing times are estimates only. 6jqk is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network congestion.
• 6jqk reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified or that raises concerns under AML or fraud-prevention policies.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same User, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• Withdrawals may be subject to pending verification periods. 6jqk reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds are subject to the wagering conditions in Section 6 before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• 6jqk reserves the right to perform source-of-funds checks on withdrawals above applicable thresholds in accordance with AML obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

6jqk may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must meet a specified wagering or rollover requirement before any withdrawal may be processed. For example, a X15 wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus means the User must wager a total of RM1,500 before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While bonus funds are active in the account, a maximum single bet or spin stake typically applies (commonly in the range of RM250–RM500). Exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) may contribute between 10% and 20%. Contribution rates are detailed in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets are subject to an expiry window (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit) as specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per User, IP address, device, and residential address. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through separate accounts will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions may cap the total amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This limit is stated in the individual promotion terms and does not affect winnings from real money deposits.

6jqk reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the use of arbitrage strategies or coordination across multiple accounts, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 6jqk Platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sports betting market rules, and settlement procedures in effect at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, the User agrees to the terms governing that market or game.

• Bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed once confirmed by the Platform, except where specifically permitted by the applicable game rules (e.g., cash-out features on applicable sports markets).
• Sports bets are settled according to official match results from the relevant governing body. In the event of disputes regarding event outcomes, 6jqk's determination based on available official sources shall be final.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer and are final. Technical issues that interrupt a live casino game session will be reviewed and settled according to available game logs.
• Slot games and other random number generator (RNG) dependent games are governed by certified RNG systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet size, or time of play.
• In the event of a manifest error (palpable error) in odds, lines, game configuration, or payout calculations, 6jqk reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund stakes at its discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6jqk Platform. Any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to defraud the Platform.

Account Suspension & Closure

6jqk reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC or AML verification requests within a specified timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute filing by the User or their financial institution.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request from the User.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a User's breach of these Terms, 6jqk may withhold and forfeit all funds in the account. Where closure occurs for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to User misconduct, verified real money balances will be returned to the User via their registered payment method following satisfactory identity confirmation.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 6jqk support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6jqk Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, audio elements, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of 6jqk or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 6jqk's total aggregate liability to the User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by the User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
